Our Philosophy...........

Our kittens are raised in our home, lovingly socialized by ourselves and our four children until they are ready to go home with you.

Please check out our available pages to see what's currently available, and what's up and coming. We do have a waiting list if you are interested in a specific color, pattern, and/or sex. Please see our info page for more information. If we don't happen to have what you are looking for, we can help direct you to other reputable breeders that we recommend.

Is a Ragdoll the right cat for me?

Deciding what kind of cat might be right for you is an important decision. Here are some traits of Ragdoll cats:

The fur of Ragdolls is very soft and has been described as feeling very much like rabbit's fur. Ragdolls tend to have medium long fur that normally doesn't mat, so grooming can be kept to a minimum. There are sometimes rumors that Ragdolls are hypo-allergenic; this is simply not true.

Ragdolls do not reach full body weight and color until they are 2-3 years old. Neutered males can weigh 15-20 lbs. or more, while the females tend to weigh about 5 lbs. less.

Ragdolls can be very loyal and follow you around the house. While many do enjoy being held, hugged, and handled, some just enjoy being with you.

Ragdolls are sometimes referred to as having dog like traits. Some can be taught to fetch, come when they're called, and taught simple tricks.

Ragdolls tend to be very quiet with a soft voice.

Ragdolls are non aggressive cats. This makes them very suitable for most families, as they tend to be very patient with children and other family pets. It also makes them very unsuitable for being outdoor cats. They tend to not have the "normal" hunting instincts, nor do they have a strong "fight or flight" response.

I am very thankful to my good friend and mentor, Kim Balas of Kim's Dolls, for all of her help, support, and friendship in making me the very best breeder I can be. I am also grateful to Cathy Cardone, my "second mentor" and a wonderful person. I am thankful for the beautiful cats that they have entrusted me with. Thank you so much!!
